I ended up backing out of using theredfirst.com because I just didn’t feel comfortable enough to buy from it. I couldn’t find much clear info that made the site feel trustworthy, and when I looked for help, the support replies felt super copy-pasted, which made me even more unsure. Maybe other people had a better experience, but for me it felt a little too risky

I feel like I paid more than was fair for what I got. The quality felt cheap, and that just doesn’t sit right with me as a customer. If a company is going to charge a certain price, I think the product should match it. I wouldn’t order from theredfirst again.

I had bad experience with theredfirst.com. The whole process felt slow and kinda confusing, and when I reached out to customer support, it didn’t feel like they really helped. i don’t think I’d use site again.

I ordered a few things from theredfirst.com like half of it wasn't even what I chose. Some of the sizes were wrong, and one item looked totally different from the pic on my order. I double checked my confirmation email and everything there was right, so I have no idea how they mixed it up. Support also took way too long to get back to me, whcih just made it more frustrating. Annoying experince overall.

A friend had recommended theredfirst.com to me, so I figured I’d give it a try. the product looked a lot nicer in the photos than it did in person. The material feels a bit cheap, and I noticed a few small marks on the finish when it arrived. It still works for now, but I’m not super confident it’ll hold up long-term. I’m still waiting on my order and the tracking hasn’t updated in days. It’s really frustrating because there’s no actual person to talk to, just automated updates that don’t tell me anything useful. I just want to know where my package is...

Trying to use this on my phone was annoying. Pages took forever to load, the menu kept glitching, and checkout wasn’t very clear. On top of that, the terms seemed to change from what I expected, which just made the whole thing feel even more frustrating.

My order did show up on time, but the packaging was a letdown. The box was crushed on one side, and the tape looked like it was barely hanging on, which didn’t make me feel great when I picked it up.

The tracking just sat there for days barely moving, so I had to keep checking it myself like an idiot. By the time it finally arrived, I didn’t even need it anymore. Super annoying experience.

I’m still waiting for my refund to be sorted out. It’s been a bit frustrating because I haven’t had a clear update yet, if that makes sense.
